摘    要:针对煤化工应用中环境温度影响NaI(Tl)闪烁探测器从而造成漂移的问题,提出了一种基于DSP的NaI(Tl)闪烁探测器温度漂移补偿的方法.首先研究了探测器的温度变化量与特征峰道址变化量的相关关系以及高压调整量与特征峰道址变化量的相关关系,并根据最小二乘法对数据进行曲线拟合.然后利用温度变化量与高压变化量关系反向调整高压模块电压和特征峰峰位追踪相结合的方法,设计了基于DSP的温度漂移补偿系统.最后检验了此方法用于温度漂移补偿的效果.检验结果表明所提方法的补偿效果远好于倍极电压补偿方法的效果,有效地对探测器温度漂移进行了补偿,探测器的谱漂移减小到0.1%,达到了实际应用中的要求.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the environmental temperature affects NaI (Tl) scintillation detector causing drift in the application of coal chemical industry,a temperature drift compensation method of NaI (Tl) scintillation detector based on DSP is proposed.Firstly,the relationships between the change of the temperature,high voltage power adjustment and the change of the characteristic peak channel address,are studied,and the curve is fitted according to the least square method.Then the method that combines the characteristic peak position tracking and the temperature change with the high voltage variation is used to design the temperature drift compensation system based on DSP.Finally,the effect of temperature drift compensation is tested.The test results show that the compensation effect of the proposed method is better than the effect of the method for the compensation of the electric voltage of the photo multiplier tube.The detector temperature drift is compensated effectively,and the general drift of the detector is reduced to 0.1%,which meets the requirements of practical application.
