摘    要:目的研究解决自平衡担架单向等问题。方法运用组件相互作用分析、功能模型、裁减法、功能导向搜索法等方法,可以产生新的创意。结论对于脊椎受伤的人群,担架在上下坡和楼梯的再次倾斜会对其造成二次受伤,需要创新设计出能自动平衡的担架,但自平衡担架又会出现只能单向使用等问题。通过运用TRIZ创新方法的工具和算法,解决自平衡担架单向等问题,对产品创新及改良具有重要意义。

Abstract:It aims to study and solve these problems such as stretcher-way automatic balancing. It analyzes the effectiveness of environmental stimuli. Using component interaction analysis, functional model, cutting method, function-oriented searching method, new ideas are generated. For spinal injured people, stretcher in the downhill and stairs will again tilt causing secondary injury. Therefore, the need for innovative design can automatically balance the stretcher. However, since the balance will occur in only one direction stretcher use and other issues. Through innovative tools and algorithms using TRIZ methods, problems about Stretcher-way automatic balancing can be solved, which is important for product innovation and improvement.
