摘    要:在氯化氢生产过程中,由于原料氢气中含有一定量的水分,在合成炉的氯化氢出口有冷凝酸产生;冷凝酸中含有较多的游离氯,将其送至氯酸盐分解槽代替高纯盐酸分解氯酸盐,不仅降低了高纯盐酸的消耗,在后续脱氯工序还回收了游离氯。

Abstract:In the process of hydrogen chloride production,condensed acid was generated at the hydrogen chloride outlet of synthesis furnace due to a certain amount of water in the raw hydrogen.The condensed acid contained more free chlorine,and was sent to the chlorate decomposition tank instead of high-purity hydrochloric acid to decompose the chlorate.In this way,not only the consumption of high-purity hydrochloric acid was reduced,but also the free chlorine was recovered in the subsequent dechlorination process.
