中国食品安全教育机制的构建

随着近年来食品安全事件的频繁曝光及人们对食品安全的日益重视,必须建立一种科学有效的食品安全教育机制,以保证所有同食品安全相关的主体具有与其主体身份相应的食品安全知识,最大程度地减少食品安全事件形成的损害。显然,中国目前的食品安全教育达不到这一要求,其不仅缺乏进行全面组织和协调的行政机关,而且在涉及到食品安全的食品企业、行政管理机关、媒体和消费者四方的教育中,都存在不同的具体问题。只有通过设立食品安全教育办公室,全面负责食品安全教育,并加强对大众的食品安全常识性知识的教育,加强法律和道德方面的教育,以及尽可能将学历教育、岗位教育及宣传教育3种食品安全的教育方式相结合等策略,才能真正构建中国食品安全方面的科学有效的教育机制。
