| Abstract: | The real estate is a trade with large cost, long period and high risk, which decides the importance of executing investment and risk management. The real estate in our modern cities and towns developed gradually after the opening-reform, so the exploitation of the real estate exists great risk in the big environment in the marked economy. How to execute the risk management of the real estate is discussed deeply. |
