摘    要:采用熔融共混法制备注塑级丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)合金材料.研究了丙烯酸酯共聚物(ACR)、流动改性剂和三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)及硼酸锌对合金材料冲击强度、拉伸强度、维卡软化点、熔体指数及阻燃性的影响.结果表明:6份ACR可使合金材料的冲击强度达到42.34 kJ/m~2,而6份Sb_2O_3或3份Sb_2O_3和6份硼酸锌配合使用时.阻燃等级为FV-0.2份EBS和2份硬脂酸正丁酯配合使用时,合金的熔体指数达到2.5g/10min左右,满足注塑工艺的要求.

Abstract:The ABS/PVC alloy for injection was prepared by melting blending method. The effect of ACR,flow modifier, Sb_2O_3 and zinc borate on the impact strength,tensile strength,Vicat softening point,melt flow index and the flame retardancy of the alloy were studied. The results indicated that the impact strength reached 42. 34 kJ/m~2 when the content of ACR was 6 phr. The flame retardancy degree was FV-0 with 6 phr Sb_2O_3 or 6 phr zinc borate and 3 phr Sb_2O_3. The melt flow index reached about 2.5 g/10min which could be used to injection when 2 phr EBS and 2 phr stearic acid butyl ester were used together in the end.
