化学包覆法AgNi(10)触头材料的电弧侵蚀特性

摘    要:用化学镀的方法在Ni粉末表面镀一层Ag,制备AgNi(10)电触头材料,探讨了Ag、Ni的界面对AgNi(10)触头材料的电弧侵蚀影响。结果表明,材料的抗电弧侵蚀能力明显提高。

Abstract:A AgNi(10) electrical contact material was prepared by coating powder method in which Ni powder surface is coated with Ag by chemical plating.The influence of the boundary of Ag and Ni on the electrical erosion of AgNi(10) electrical contact material was discussed.The result shows that the electrical erosion resistance ability of material increases obviously.
