摘    要:近年来中药材中重金属含量超标问题严重.本实验采用了双通道原子荧光光谱法同时测定中药材蕨麻、红景天中的重金属硒、镉含量.Se和Cd的检出限分别为0.0222ng/mL和0.00272ng/mL.此方法快速、简便、准确且灵敏度高,为中药材中重金属含量测定提供了较好的方法.

Abstract:Recently heavy metal contamination in Chinese herbal medicines has become a severe problem.The experiment has developed the atom fluorescence spectrum to determinate the contents of heavy metals selenium and cadmium in Chinese traditional medicine Rhodiola,Potentilla.The detection limits of the Se and Cd are 0.022 2 ng/mL and 0.002 72 ng/mL respectively.The method was proved to be speedy,simple,convenient and accurate with high sensitivity.It has provided a fairly good method in determination the poisonous elements in Chinese traditional medicines.
