3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯的催化合成工艺研究

摘    要:以甲醇和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,硫酸氢钠为中和剂,合成3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯.用单因素调优方法确定了优化工艺条件:甲醇:丙烯酸甲酯=1.5:1,氢氧化钠用量10%,反应温度55℃,反应时间6 h,MMP的总收率可达97%以上,产品纯度在99.5%以上.

Abstract:Methyl 3-methoxypropionate was prepared from methanol and methyl acrylate using sodium hydroxide as catalyst and NaHSO 4 as neutralizer.The optimum conditions were determined by optimizing the single factor:the ratio of methanol to methyl acrylate is 1.5 to 1 with 10% NaOH,reaction temperature 55 ℃ and reaction time 6h.The total yield of MMP could reach 97% or more and the purity of the product was more than 99.5%.
