通用变频器共用直流母线方案的设计与应用

摘    要:本文介绍了一种在多传动系统中采用通用变频器,而且它代共用直流母线的方案。在传动系统中,再生能量经常发生,多台变频器通过直流母线互连,一台或多台电机产生的再生能量就可以被其他电机以电动方(Electric Power-Driven Mode)消耗吸收,这是一种非常有效的工作方式。如果采用能量回馈装置,还可以充分地将直流母线上的剩余再生能量直接回馈到电网中。本文还介绍了该方案在离心机(Centrifugal)、化纤(chemical Fibre)设备和造纸机上的应用。

Abstract:The article introduces a scheme on shared DC bus for general frequency converters in multi-drive system. In the drive system, regenerated energy is frequently produced, but with multi-converters interconnected through shared DC Bus, the regenerated energy produced by one or more motors can be absorbed and consumed by other motors in electric power-driven mode. This is an effective working mode. If an electric energy feedback unit is applied, the remaining regenerated energy on common DC bus can be fully feed-backed to the power net. Moreover, the applications of the scheme to centrifugals, chemical fibre equipment and paper machines are introduced.
