脱油脱水装置运行浅析

摘    要:通过对脱油脱水装置各单体设备管壳式换热器、SMSM低温分离器、丙烷制冷系统的运行情况的详细分析,评价运行效果。同时对丙烷制冷系统蒸发冷改造、风机电机增加变频器改造的运行效果进行分析。最后总结目前现场运行中存在的问题,并提出改进方法。经脱油脱水装置的生产运行表明该国产化装置更加稳定,运行参数更加优化,从而达到节能减排的目的。
