| 摘 要： | 在分析国内电力行业应用需求的基础上，研究了数字化远程图像监控系统的体系结构，对系统中的关键技术－图像压缩、视频库结构、智能化处理、传输方式进行了探讨，并给出了具体实现方案，最后对该系统的发展前景进行了展望。
