| 摘 要： | 在漂、染、印、整等加工过程中，织物干湿处理都需使用轧车。轧车是印染联合机中主要的通用单元机械之一，正确使用和维护轧车对提高产品质量和节约能源有密切关系。本文就轧车的使用及有关工艺要求、轧辊的类型及结构、如何提高轧液均匀性、轧液效率以及轧车的正确维护等进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Padder is applied to all bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing procedures. Padder is one of the main universal units on the combined machine, so correct application and maintenance of padder are closely related to the level of dyeing and printing and energy savings. In this paper, the application and process requirement of padder, type and structure of roller, as well as how to increase evenness and efficiency of padding liquid, and correct maintenance of padder are all analyzed. |
