微波辐射催化合成油酸丁酯

摘    要:在微波辐射下,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,由油酸和正丁醇合成油酸丁酯。讨论了醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂用量、微波功率等因素对反应的影响。通过实验得到最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比2.0:1,反应时间15m in,催化剂用量1.4g(相对于0.05mol油酸),微波功率为680W,此反应条件下的油酸酯化率为92.4%.

Abstract:With the presence of microwave radiation,butyl oleate was synthesized from oleic acid and n-butyl alcohol which were catalyzed by p-toluene sulfonic acid.The effects of the factors such as the level of radiation,reaction time,the amount of catalyst and the content of reactants,were discussed in this paper.The optimum conditions which were determined by a series of experiments should be as follow,the ratio of alcohol to acid 2.0:1,15 minutes reaction time,the amount of catalyst 1.4g(when the amount of oleic acid is 0.05 mol),the microwave power 680W,which could lead to a conversion of 92.4%.
