| 摘 要： | 我国大城市交通拥堵问题非常严重,分析交通拥堵问题产生的原因,提出了相应的对策,包括增加交通供给与引导交通需求并举、引导城市向多中心发展、应用智能交通管理系统提高交通管理水平、加强静态交通管理等,并给出一些有实际操作性的减少交通需求的建议.

| Abstract: | Starting from the present situation of traffic congestion of big cities in our country, the reasons which the question produces are analysed, and finally the corresponding solutions including increasing transportation supplies and introducing transportation demand simultaneously, guiding the city to develop as the multi-centers, applying intelligence traffic control system to raise the traffic control level, strengthenning the static state traffic control and so on are proposed, and some actual operational suggestions of how to reduced transportation demand are given. |
