| 摘 要： | 本文报道了制备漆树树皮透明标本,研究漆汁道的方法。根据生漆中漆酚在漆酶作用下氧化成膜的原理,先使漆汁道中的生漆凝固,变成黑色或棕红色的条状漆膜,然后利用KOH和NH_4OH进行漂白,使树皮成为无色透明的组织,可以长期保存于二甲苯或冬青油中,或制成永久装片,以便观察研究整体漆汁道组织的形态结构及其在树皮透明标本中的数量与分布。

A Method of Making Transparent Lacquertree Specimens |

| Abstract: | A method of making transparent specimens of lacquertrees has been developed.It is known that urushiol can be oxidized into film due to the function of laccase.Firstly,lacquer in the secretory canals in lacquertree bark is solidified into black or brown film. Secondly,the bark is bleaked with potassium hydroxide, ammonia water and hydrogen peroxide into transparent tissue. The specimens can be preserved in xylene or clove oil for a long time so that we can observe and study the formal structure of secretory canals as well as their quantity and distribution in transparent bark specimens. |
