某多层综合楼抬升纠倾技术

摘    要:某底框结构综合楼,因地震整体向南侧发生倾斜,根据业主要求,并结合该工程的结构受力特点,经技术经济分析比较后采用了截柱整体抬升法进行纠倾。通过在结构底部48根柱和8段剪力墙底部布置300台50 t机械式千斤顶整体同步抬升,使结构整体回倾。纠倾后房屋最大倾斜率为0.5‰,满足了要求。纠倾施工中采用结构竖向位移监测、整体倾斜监测和结构应力应变监测体系对纠倾施工实施了信息化监控,确保了结构和施工安全。

Abstract:A bottom frame structure was inclined to the south because of the earthquake. Based on the request of proprietor and the actual situation of the building. After analyzing the technique and economy, the inclination of building was rectified by the integral lifting method. There were 300 mechanical jacks disposed under the bottom of 48 columns and 8 shear walls. The integral lifting was simultaneous. After the inclination rectification, the largest gradient was 0.5‰, satisfying to the request of the code. During the construction of inclination rectification, the vertical displacements and the integral inclined value and the stress and strain were monitored to ensure the safety of building.
