县级供电公司综合营销效果评价体系研究

摘    要:以县级供电企业竞争机制的引入为背景,首先对影响供电企业营销效果的因素进行分析,在此基础上建立了一套评价县级供电企业营销效果的指标体系,并提出了确定指标权重的算法,通过试用达到了提升县级供电企业领导者的经营管理水平,改善营销效果的目的。

Study on General Marketing Effect Evaluation System of County-Level Electric Power Supply Enterprises
Abstract:Under the background of the competition among county- level electric power supply enterprises, this paper analyzes the factors influencing marketing result of power supply enterprise firstly. On the basis, a set of indexes system of evaluation marketing result of power supply enterprise has set up. After the application, it has been achieved that the operation and management level of the leaders in the enterprises has been promoted, the result of the operation and management has been improved.
