| 摘 要： | 介绍了DIgSILENT软件的主要功能及特点,以及其作为仿真工具进行可靠性评估时的具体方法和步骤。以RTS-79测试系统为算例,运用FMEA法对预想事故进行分析,在DIgSILENT平台上搭建电力网络,设置相关参数进行仿真分析,通过系统侧和负荷侧一系列指标的对比计算来评估该发输电系统的可靠性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces main functions and characteristics of DIgSILENT software,specified method and steps for reliability estimation when using it as simulation tool.Taking RTS-79 testing system as an example,this paper applies FMEA method to analyze forecast accident,establish electric power network on DIgSILENT platform and set related parameters for simulation analysis.By comparing and calculating series of index at system side and load side,it is able to estimate relia-bility of this power generation and transmission system. |
