SCR 脱硝系统导流板优化数值模拟

摘    要:利用 ANSYS FLUENT 14.0软件,研究了某电站锅炉选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction, SCR)脱硝系统导流板优化的数值模拟,进行了15个不同导流板布置情况下的数值模拟,得到了不同布置方案下催化剂表面烟气速度相对偏差值。通过数值模拟优化方法,找到最佳导流板布置方案。

Abstract:By using ANSYS FLUENT 1 4.0 software,numerical simulation on guide plate optimization for selective catalytic reduction denitration system of the boiler in some substation was studied.Numerical simulation under 1 5 different guide plate configuration conditions was conducted and relative deviation values of gas speed on catalyst surface were gotten.By means of numerical simulation optimization method,the best configuration scheme for guide plate was found.
