调峰燃机电厂高中压给水系统节能改造

摘    要:由于发电厂的高中压给水系统设计不合理,给水系统节流损失严重,同时易造成设备损坏,给机组带来安全隐患。针对此,对机组的实际运行情况以及设备特性进行分析,决定采用高、中压分泵,变频调节的方式来实现给水系统节能改造。通过测试、比对1号机组高压给水系统变频调节改造前、后的运行效率,证实改造方案达到了预期目标,节能效果良好,经济效益显著。

Abstract:For reason of unreasonable design of high and low pressure feedwater system in power plant,throttling loss of the feedwater system is serious.Meanwhile,it is easy to cause equipment damages which may result in safety hidden dan-ger.Aiming at above problems,this paper analyzes practical operation of the unit and characteristic of the equipment.High and medium pressure pumps were used and variable frequency regulation method was applied for realizing energy conserva-tion reform on the feedwater system.By testing and comparing running efficiency of high pressure feedwater system of the No.1 unit before and after variable frequency regulation reform,expectant target was reached which produced good energy conservation effectiveness and obvious economic benefit.
