电气设备SF_6气体检漏技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对目前SF6气体泄漏现场检测工作效率不高的问题,从检测精度、实施方法、检测用时及现场检测效果等方面,论述了电气设备SF6气体检漏技术的现状,对比分析了各种检测技术的优缺点和适用范围。在此基础上重点阐述了基于窄带滤波技术的SF6气体红外成像检漏技术的检测原理及优缺点,并根据近几年的检测工作经验,详细阐述了红外成像检漏法在现场测试要点及推荐方法,最后通过一起案例对该方法进行了分析说明。

Research and Application on Detection Technology of SF6 Leak in Electrical Equipment

Abstract:The efficiency of SF6 leak detection is not satisfied currently. From the angles of detection accuracy, implementation methods, time-consuming of detection and detection results, this paper gives a brief review of the status of detection technology of electrical equipment SF6 leak, and a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various detection techniques is made. Based on the analysis, the detection principle and the advantages and disadvantages of infrared imaging technology for SF6 leakage based on narrowband filter are described. With the application experience of the detection in recent years, the main points of infrared imaging detection and some detection methods are presented. Finally, the infrared imaging technology for SF6 leakage is illustrated with a case analysis.
