摘    要:为满足直流电源特性测试中负载可编程、自动加载的需求,提出了一种基于单片机控制的可编程直流负载测试系统的实现方案。该系统以C8051F020单片机为主控单元,结合现有的电阻加载技术,实现了可编程直流负载的恒流、恒阻以及恒功率控制,在各个模式下具有较好的测试精确度,可以更简单、快捷、可靠地对电源、变压器等电子设备进行输出特性测试。

Study on Programmable DC Load Test System Based on Single Chip Controller

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of load programmable, automatic loading in DC power characteristic test, this paper raised a realization plan of programmable DC load test system based on single chip controller. The system took the single chip C8051F020 as the main control unit, combined with existing resistance loading technology to realize constant current, constant resistance and constant power control for programmable DC load with better test accuracy in each mode, being able to carry out more simple, fast, reliable output character-istics test for power source, transformer etc electronic equipment.
