节曲线向径按余弦规律变化的齿轮与非圆齿轮共轭的研究

摘    要:提出一种新型的非圆齿轮传动,其中一个非圆齿轮的节曲线向径按余弦规律变化,另一个非圆齿轮与其共轭。确定了非圆齿轮的基本参数:基础圆半径、偏心率、变形距和中心距比例系数。给出了非圆齿轮的节曲线极坐标方程,两齿轮中心距的计算方法,节曲线长度、基础圆半径和压力角的计算公式。此种齿轮已用于生产实际,效果良好。

Abstract:A kind of new type non-circular gear transmission is advanced. In which, one non-circular gear's pitch curve is changed according to cosine rule, another conjugate with it. The basic parameters of non-circular gear are determined, such as primary circle, eccentricity ratio, eccentricity throw and proportional coefficient of center distance. The polar equation of non-circular gear pitch curve, calculation method of center distance, formula of pitch curve length, primary circle radius and pressure angle is given. This kind of gear has been used in practice and achieved good results.
