摘    要:研究了添加MoO3对NiCuZn铁氧体起始磁导率及其它某些材料性能的影响.结果表明,添加MoO3在促进晶粒生长的同时,也导致了材料中气孔率的增加,而这反过来又阻碍晶粒的生长.因此材料起始磁导率和晶粒尺寸随MoO3添加量的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势.通过延长保温时间,可有效降低材料中的气孔率,从而获得具有更高起始磁导率的NiCuZn材料,最高起始磁导率可达2930.

Abstract:We examined the effect of MoO3 addition on the initial permeability and other material characteristics in order to develop NiCuZn ferrites with high permeability. It was found that although MoO3 addition could expand the diameters of crystalline grains, it could also promote porosity, thereby impeding grain growth, when the amount of MoO3 was increased, the grain diameter and initial permeability increased, peaked, and then gradually declined under the influence of porosity. However, by prolonging the top-temperature sintering period to curb porosity, with more MoO3 addition, it was possible to get a higher permeability of the ferrite with an initial-permeability measurement of 2930.
