Fe3Al金属间化合物多孔材料的研究

摘    要:采用粉末冶金方法制备了Fe3Al多孔材料,研究了烧结温度等工艺参数对Fe3Al多孔材料的力学性能、过滤特性的影响,考察了,制得的Fe3Al多孔材料的高温强度和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,Fe3Al烧结多孔材料具有很好的抗拉强度、渗透特性和耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:Fe3Al intermetallic porous materials were manufactured by means of power metallurgy process. The effects of sintering temperatures etc. on the mechanical properties, pore size distribution and permeability of Fe3Al porous materials were investigated. The characteristics of thermal resistance and corrosion resistance were also studied. The research results show that Fe3Al porous materials possess good mechanical strength, high gas permeability and excellent corrosion resistance.
