摘    要:通过正交试验,研究了热处理工艺因素对石油套管力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,在钢管热处理时,淬火加热温度、冷却液温度、回火加热温度和回火加热时间是影响N80钢级石油套管力学性能的主要参数。

Abstract:Influence by the factors involved in the heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of the oil casing is analyzed by means of relevant orthogonal test. The test result shows that during heat treatment of the 34Mn6-N80 oil casing, the key parameters responsible for mechanical properties of it include heating temperature for quench, coolant temperature and heating temperature/time for temper.
