马来海松酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚的表面活性及在盐酸介质中对Q235钢的缓蚀性

摘    要:合成了不同聚合度的马来海松酸甘油酯聚氧乙烯醚(MRGEO).测定了产物的表面物理化学性能:表面张力δ345 dyn/cm~398 dyn/cm、临界胶束浓度CMC30~67×10-4mol/L、钙皂分散指数LSDP43~135%、对松节油乳化力EP64~181 s、浊点CP19℃~75℃;随着环氧乙烷聚合度(n)的增加,δ先下降,然后逐渐上升,CMC、钙皂分散力、CP、EP逐渐升高.在低温低酸度条件下,MRGEO-15缓蚀性能优于松香基咪唑啉、松香胺聚醚、新洁而灭和乌洛托品等市售产品.

Abstract:A series of polyethoxylated maleopimaric acid glycerol ester(MRGEO) with different oxyethylene unit(n) were synthesized. Surface physicochemical properties of the products were measured.The results showed that surface tension (δ) varied from 34.5 to 39.8(dyn/cm),critical micelle concentration(CMC) from 3.0×10-4 to 6.9×10-4,lime soap dispersing power(LSDP)from 4.3% to 13.5%,emulsifying power(EP,with turpentine) from 64 to 181(s),cloud point from 19 to 75℃.The relations between surface physicochemical properties of the products and polymerization degree of ethylene oxide(EO) were firstly studied systematically.With the increasing polymerization degree(n) of EO,the surface activity was rising firstly,and then tending towards stable status or dropping a little,the application properties,such as EP,CP and LSDP,became better with increasing n,and reached balance where n equaled to 10 .The corrosion inhibition property of the products for Q235 carbon steel in hydrochloric acid was alao investigated.The result showed MRGEO-15 had good corrosion inhibition efficiency,and was better than commercial products rosin-based imidazoline,rosin amine polyoxylethylene ether,dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide and urotropine at low temperature and low acidity.
