激光熔覆镍基纳米WC/Co复合涂层的断裂韧性Kc的研究

摘    要:对45钢表面激光熔覆Ni基纳米WC/Co复合涂层的断裂韧性Kc进行了研究。结果表明:激光熔覆Ni基纳米复合涂层的Kc≥18.0MN.m-3/2,而喷焊Ni基WC/Co复合涂层的Kc平均值为8.1 MN.m-3/2(最低值为4.4 MN.m-3/2)。分析认为:在本研究条件下,激光熔覆Ni基纳米WC/Co复合涂层中形成的呈三维网络结构分布的碳化物相及呈弥散分布的超细碳化物相的综合增强作用是该涂层断裂韧性Kc比常规喷焊同样材料(非纳米)涂层的Kc明显提高的主要原因。

Abstract:The fracture toughness Kc of Ni-based nano-WC/Co composite coating on the surface of 45 steel by laser clad was researched.The results show that the Kc of laser coating ≥18.0MN·m-3/2,and the mean value Kc of sprayed welding coating=8.1 MN·m-3/2(the minimum is equal to 4.4 MN·m-3/2).The reason is the strengthening from carbide network frame reinforced composite and the dispersion hardening of ultrafine carbide particles.
