基于异步串行通信的FLASH烧写研究

摘    要:在分析了向TMS320LF281x片上FLASH烧写程序的原理,阐述了应用编程接口API的主要功能后,提出了通过异步串行通信SCI向FLASH烧写程序的方法。F281x系列的BOOTROM支持在复位时通过判断特定GPIO口的状态来选择不同的BOOT模式,因此用户可以在DSP复位时设定GPIOF4=0,GPIOFl2=0,GPIOF3=1,GPIOF2=1,在该模式下,程序将通过异步串行通信SCI下载到片上SARAM,然后进行FLASH烧写。实验表明该方法简单易用,安全可靠。

Serial Programming for the FLASH DSP
Abstract:After analyzing principle of the on-chip FLASH programmed for TMS320LF281x and expounding the application programming interface (API). A novel method for Serial Programming for the FLASH DSPs had been proposed. F281x series BOOT ROM choose a different BOOT mode through the status of specific GPIO when DSP is reseted, so users can reset DSP with GPIOF4 =0, GPIOF12 =0, GPIOF3 = 1, GPIOF2 = 1, in this mode, the code and data will be downloaded to the chip SARAM through asynchronous serial communication and then programmed to FLASH. Experiment results show that the method is simple to use, safe and reliable.
