露天矿潜孔钻机泡沫除尘发泡剂配方的实验研究

摘    要:为了解决露天矿潜孔钻机粉尘浓度严重超标的问题,改善干式捕尘器、湿式凿岩除尘效率低、应用效果差的现状,采用改进ROSS-Miles 法进行发泡剂性能评价实验,研制出一种发泡性能好且适用于露天矿潜孔钻机泡沫除尘的发泡剂配方。通过单一发泡剂实验,分别以液流停止后0和5 min时的泡沫体积表示发泡剂的发泡能力和泡沫稳定性,优选出发泡性能优良的3种发泡剂进行两两复配,同时加入稳泡剂及无机盐,以增强发泡剂的稳泡效果及发泡能力,最终确定了发泡剂的最佳配方为:C(A)=0.5%,C(B)=1.0%,C(G)=0.3%,C(NaCl)=0.5×104 mg/L。通过工业性试验发现,使用泡沫除尘后采场空间粉尘浓度大幅度降低,平均降尘率高达90%以上。

Experiments on the foaming agent formula of froth dedusting during down-the-hole drilling in open-pit mine
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of dust concentration exceeding the standard during down-the-hole drilling in open-pit mine,and improve the situation of low dust removal efficiency in dry dust precipitator and wet drilling,with improved ROSS-Miles method,the experiments were performed to evaluate the foaming performance of a foaming agent that suitable for down-the-hole drilling in open-pit mine.Through the experiments with single foaming agent,the foam volume on 0 minutes and 5 minutes were used to represent the foaming ability and foam stability respectively,three foaming agents with excellent performance were selected to compound each other,while adding stable agent and inorganic salt,to enhance the foam stability and foam ability,and then the best formula of foaming agent was determined as:C(A)=0.5%,C(B)=1.0%,C(G)=0.3%,C(NaCl)=0.5×104 mg/L.The industrial test showed that the dust concentration in stope was reduced significantly with the foam dust removal,and the average dust removal rate was as high as 90%.
