燃煤电厂湿法脱硫设施对烟气中微量元素的减排特性研究

摘    要:对我国8家典型燃煤发电机组湿法脱硫设施前后烟气中Hg,F,Cl,Pb的形态和浓度进行现场测试,研究脱硫设施对燃煤烟气中微量元素的形态转化及协同减排作用。结果表明:湿法脱硫设施对烟气中Hg,F,Cl,Pb的影响主要体现在对气态污染物的协同脱除上。测试机组中,湿法脱硫设施对烟气中总汞的脱除效率在7.3%~72.9%之间,平均脱汞效率为36.4%;湿法脱硫设施前烟气中氟、氯以HF,HCl为主,脱硫设施对烟气中F,Cl的平均脱除效率分别为94.2%,96.5%,与脱硫设施入口烟气中气态氟、气态氯所占比例呈正相关性;湿法脱硫设施对烟气中总铅的脱除效率为35.7%~49.3%,平均脱铅效率为44.6%。

Study on reduction of trace elements in flue gas by wet desulphurization facilities in coal-fired power plants
Abstract:The speciation and content of Hg,F,Cl,Pb in flue gas were measured before and after the installation of wet desulfurization facilities in eight typical coal-fired power plants,and the effects of wet desulfurization facilities on their species distribution and concentration were investigated.The results indicate that the wet desulfurization facilities have remarkable effects on the removal of gas phase trace elements.The total mercury removal efficiency by wet desulfurization facilities is between 7.3%-72.9% and the average is 36.4%.The halogens in flue gas mainly exist in the form of HF and HCl,and the F and Cl average removal efficiencies are 94.2% and 94.2% respectively,which is positive correlated with the proportion of gaseous halogens at the entrance of wet desulfurization facility.The total lead removal efficiency by wet desulfurization facilities is between 35.7%-49.3% and the average is 44.6%.
