Buck-Boost型本安超声驱动系统设计

摘    要:针对常规超声设备非本质安全问题,提出了一种基于降压升压(Buck-Boost)变换器输出与多通道复用高压切换方法相融合的本质安全型超声驱动系统。首先通过计算驱动系统中储能元件的最小点燃能量来分析系统的本安性能,对Buck-Boost电路的元件参数进行了本安化研究,再设计出满足本安要求的供电单元、升压单元、切换单元和控制单元的电路结构,最后通过超声驱动平台实验验证驱动系统的实际效果,并与传统的中频变压器驱动系统进行对比。结果表明,在16~36 V驱动电压下两种系统驱动效果接近,采用灵敏超声探头检测两种驱动系统发射信号的绝对误差可控制在4 mV以内,由此判定Buck-Boost电路基本实现了超声驱动的本质安全要求,可对各类在危险环境下应用的超声波接收与发送设备提供参考。

The design of intrinsic safety Buck-Boost ultrasonic driving system
Abstract:In terms of the none intrinsic safety problem of conventional ultrasonic equipment,a novel intrinsic safety ultrasonic driving system is proposed based on the integration of Buck-Boost converter output and multiplexing high voltage switching circuit.The intrinsic safety property of the system is analyzed with the calculation of minimum ignition energy of the energy storage component of driving circuit.Also,the intrinsic safety component parameters of Buck-Boost circuit is studied.The design of the circuit structure is applied according to intrinsic safety requirements,including the power supply unit,boosting unit,switching unit and controlling unit.In addition,the ultrasonic driving experiment is carried out to verify the actual driving effect and the comparison with the conventional intermediate-frequency transformer driving system is also applied.The results show that two driving systems can achieve the similar effect while the driving voltage varies from 16 to 36 V,and the absolute voltage error is within the range of 4 mV by means of the signal detection of two driving systems with the sensitive probe.Thus,the intrinsic safety requirements can be satisfied by this novel driving system based on the Buck-Boost circuit,which is of significance to different ultrasonic equipment in dangerous environment.
