顶板巷瓦斯抽采诱导煤自燃机制及安全抽采量研究

摘    要:在统计分析顶板巷瓦斯抽采在国内使用情况的基础上,为了协调顶板巷瓦斯抽采与煤自燃的关系,立足解决顶板巷瓦斯抽采诱导煤自燃问题,以耿村矿为例,通过顶板巷气体成分及采空区温度的实测分析,证实了顶板巷瓦斯抽采诱导采空区漏风及自燃的发生。通过数值计算及理论分析,识别了顶板巷瓦斯抽采下的漏风通道存在形式以及漏风动力构成,揭示了顶板巷瓦斯抽采诱导遗煤自燃的作用机制。提出了安全抽采量的概念,基于质量守恒,以风排瓦斯及采空区氧化带宽度为约束指标,建立了安全抽采量数学模型。通过对模型的检验,验证了安全抽采量模型的正确性和有效性。

Study on mechanism of inducing coal spontaneous combustion and safe gas extraction volume under roof tunnel gas extraction
Abstract:Based on the statistical analysis of roof tunnel gas extraction used in China,in order to coordinate the relationship between roof tunnel gas extraction and coal spontaneous combustion,and to solve the problem of the coal spontaneous combustion induced by roof tunnel gas extraction,a case study was conducted in the Gengcun Mine,China.Firstly,though analyzing the measured data of roof tunnel gas composition and gob temperature,the occurrence of air leakage and coal spontaneous combustion were confirmed;Secondly,the air leakage passage and the constitute of air leakage power were identified by numerical calculation and theoretical analysis,and the mechanism of inducing coal spontaneous combustion under roof tunnel gas extraction was revealed;Thirdly,the concept of safe gas extraction volume was presented.According to the conservation of mass,using the ventilation air methane and the width of oxidized zone as constraint indices,the mathematical model of safe gas extraction volume was established.Through the model was tested,the mathematical model was verified and shown its validity and effectiveness.
