黏结性烟煤氧化破黏及热贯通特性

摘    要:为了探索黏结性烟煤在地下气化通道贯通过程中热贯通特性,采用空气预热氧化的方法,研究并获得了温度、流量、时间3个因素对烟煤黏结指数的影响规律,以及低温氧化破黏前后烟煤燃烧贯通特性。实验表明,随着氧化温度的升高、空气流速的增大、破黏时间的延长,烟煤黏结性都显著下降,最适合的破黏温度为140~180 ℃;破黏后煤样燃烧的初始引发温度降低,2 920 min破黏后的煤样与原煤相比,初始引发温度降低了28 ℃;破黏处理后的煤样燃烧扩展速率提高了20%,燃烧贯通时间缩短;因此破黏后有利于黏结性烟煤地下气化通道的形成和扩展。

Oxidation to break the caking property and heat linkage characteristics for caking bituminous coal
Abstract:In order to explore the heat linkage features of caking bituminous coal during the process of underground coal gasification,the effects of temperature,velocity and time on the adhesive index of bituminous coal with the method of air-preheating were investigated.Also,the fire linkage of bituminous coal was studied under the condition of low temperature oxidation.The results indicate that the caking property of bituminous coal drops dramatically with the increase of air temperature,the increase of flow velocity,and the extension of time.The most optimum temperature is 140-180 ℃.With the removal of the caking property,the initial initiation temperature of the bituminous coal decreased.With the oxidation disposal of 2 920 minutes for caking property removal,the initial combustion temperature of the bituminous coal decreased by 28 ℃ compared with raw coal.The combustion velocity is improved by 20%,and the linkage time is shortened compared with raw coal.Therefore,decaking is beneficial to the formation and extension of gasification channel for caking bituminous coal.
