基于多目标优化的采煤机滚筒最优运动参数的动态匹配

摘    要:为了实现滚筒采煤机无人自动化采煤时滚筒截割性能综合最优,分析研究了不同采煤性能指标随滚筒运动参数即牵引速度和滚筒转速的变化规律,建立了各性能指标的评价模型。选取运动参数为设计变量,建立了以不同性能指标为分目标的多目标优化模型,在约束条件下利用基于模拟退火的粒子群优化算法进行了优化计算,得到了不同煤层硬度下综合性能最优的运动参数,分析优化结果后得到了最优运动参数随煤层硬度的变化规律。最后比较了只调节牵引速度的传统采煤机滚筒运动参数和牵引速度、滚筒转速联合调速的综合性能最优的运动参数匹配下截割性能的优劣,结果表明,综合性能最优的运动参数随不同煤层硬度匹配下采煤机滚筒多方面的截割性能都优于只调节牵引速度的运动参数的匹配,联合调速优于单一的牵引速度调节,对采煤机滚筒运动参数的动态匹配、采煤机对煤层的适应性以及智能化、自动化可以提供参考。

Dynamic matching of optimal drum movement parameters of shearer based on multi-objective optimization
Abstract:In order to obtain the integrated optimal cutting performance of unmanned shearer,the relationship between different performance indexes and movement parameters which includes haulage speed and drum revolution speed was analyzed,and the evaluation model was built.A multi-objective optimization model of shearer was built which takes movement parameters as its design variables and different performance indexes as its sub-objectives.The optimization was conducted with the simulated annealing-based particle swarm optimization algorithm under constraints.Then the integrated optimal movement parameters under different coal seam hardness were obtained.After the analysis of the results,the law of optimal movement variation with the coal seam hardness was obtained.Finally,the traditional movement parameters matching based on haulage speed control only and the optimal movement parameters matching based on the associated speed control of haulage speed and drum revolution speed were compared.The results show that the performance of the dynamic matching with optimal movement parameters at different coal seam hardness is better than that with the traditional movement parameters and the associated speed control is better than the haulage speed control only.The study is of theoretical significance to the dynamic matching of drum movement parameters,the adaption of shearer to coal seam and the intellectualization,automation of shearer.
