甘蔗施用糖蜜酒精废液研究初报

摘    要:采用随机区组设计和简单对比法设计,将经预处理的糖蜜酒精废液于甘蔗播种时淋施于植沟内并结合采用地膜覆盖栽培,以及于宿根蔗开垄后淋施于行间.结果表明:淋施处理对甘蔗萌芽、分蘖无明显不良影响;能促进幼苗生长,增加前中期株高,增加茎长;增加有效茎数和单茎重;新植蔗增产达42.4%,宿根蔗增产达26.3%.每1/15 hm2施用该废液5 t,对甘蔗蔗糖分和蔗汁重力纯度无明显影响;当施用量增加到10 t,甘蔗蔗糖分和蔗汁重力纯度都有下降趋势.

Abstract:After pretreatment, the vinasse was applied in sugarcane planting with plastic film covering cultivation, or applied in ratoon field in early field works, with randomized blocks method and demonstration field. Result showed that no significant differences were found in germination rate and tillering rate among treatments and checks. Applying vinasse on sugarcane promoted young cane growing, increased plant height, cane length, canes and each cane weight, and finally increased 42.4% and 26.3% of cane yield for plant cane and ratoon, respectively. Applying 75 t/hm^2 vinasse had no obvious effect on sucrose content in cane and gravity purity in juice. Applying 150 t/hm^2 vinasse had negative effect on sucrose content and juice quality.
