大型真空锭浇注过程温度控制分析

摘    要:以450 t钢锭与340 t钢锭生产为例,分析大型真空锭浇注过程中温度的控制。通过分析与曲线拟合,得出大型钢锭多包合浇过程中各包温降与温降因子的关系式,为优化出钢温度提供较好的理论依据。

Abstract:Production of 450 t and 340 t ingots are used an example , to analyze the temperature control in the cast-ing processes for the large vacuum ingot .By means of analysis and curve fitting , the relation between the temperature drop of each ladle and temperature drop factor in the multiple-ladle casting process for the large ingot has been educed , which provides better theoretical basis to optimize the tapping temperature of molten steel .
