LNG储罐气升顶工艺分析

摘    要:在国内外储罐施工中,气升顶方法由于其施工速度快且成本低等特点而被广泛采用。但对于大型储罐拱顶,由于其质量大,提升高度高,影响因素多,施工安全风险大等特点,气升顶成为施工中的技术难点之一。平衡、供气及密封系统作为气升顶核心环节,是拱顶平稳上升的基本保障。结合1.6×105 m3LNG储罐项目,论述了气升顶的施工过程及原理,并对平衡校正系统、平衡配重系统及供气系统进行了计算和分析,总结了气升顶过程的关键技术要点。

Abstract:In construction of tanks at home and abroad,air lifting method is applied widely because of its advantages of low cost and short construction time.But for large tank,in view of the risk produced from large weight,high lifting distance and multi effective factors,air lifting process becomes one of diffi culties in the construction.As the core procedures in air lifting process,balance,blower and sealing system are the fundamental guarantee for the stable lifting of tank roof.Combined with 1.6×105 m3 tank project,the principle and process of air lifting technology was depicted,and at the same times,for balance adjustment system,weight balancing system and blower system,the calculation and analysis were carried out.Finally,the key technical highlights in air lifting process were summarized.
