摘    要:针对电网企业运营过程中存在的风险,建立一套电网企业运营风险管理指标体系。在传统逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)的基础上引入灰色关联度,利用熵权法确定指标权重,通过计算得出待评价样本与理想样本之间的关联度及相对贴近程度;依据所得结果对决策指标的重要程度进行排序,得出在电网企业运营过程中不同指标的风险程度不同,并通过算例验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at existing risks in process of power grid enterprise operation, this paper introduces establishment of a set of operational risk management index system. On the basis of technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solu- tion, it introduces grey relational degree. By using entropy weight method, it confirms the index weight and by calculating, it acquires relational degree and relative closing degree between evaluated samples and ideal samples. According to the re- suit, it is able to sort for important procedure of decision index and concludes that in process of power grid enterprise opera- tion, risk degrees of different index are different. By examples, it verifies feasibility of this method.
