| 摘 要： | 糖蜜酒精废液光密度的测定没有统一的方法,通过正交试验和单因素试验,对糖蜜酒精废液的光密度(OD)值的测定条件进行了研究。结果表明在波长为400nm和自然pH值的测定条件下,OD值最大,稀释度为20倍时光密度值落在最佳读数范围内。

| Abstract: | No unified method is available for determination of the values of optical density of the spend liquor from the production of alcohol using molasses. Conditions for determining the optical density (OD) of the spent liquor from the production of alcohol using molasses were studied through orthogonal test and unifactor test. The results showed that the OD value was the highest under the measuring conditions of 400nm and natural pH values and fell inside the range of optimum readings when the dilution ratio was 20 times. |
