区域综合能源系统的综合评估指标与方法

摘    要:区域综合能源系统既为多元能源耦合利用提供了平台,又使得用户多样化的能源需求成为可能。首先分析了区域综合能源系统的结构与优势,考虑了区域综合能源系统内部能源之间的耦合关系,系统描述了不同环节中能量的转换、流通、分配及存储等情况。以配电系统为核心,耦合分布式能源、天然气、地热能、交通等多元能源系统,分别从能源环节、装置环节、配电网环节和用户环节提炼出具有普遍适应性的指标,进而对区域综合能源系统展开综合评估,并采用网络分析法(ANP)—反熵权等方法确定了指标的权重和评分函数,解决了指标之间含义交叉、互相影响导致权重计算失准的问题,并在实际算例中验证了方法的可行性,准确地评估中国区域综合能源系统的发展水平,并为中国区域综合能源系统的发展提供相应建议。

Abstract:Regional integrated energy system(RIES)provides a platform for coupling utilization of multi-energy and makes various energy demands from clients possible. This paper starts with the analysis on the structure and advantages of RIES. When considering the coupling relationship between inner the power supplies within RIES, the situation how energy transforms, flows, distributes, and stores in the diverse processes is systematically described. The comprehensive evaluation index for RIES is constructed by extracting the general adaptive indicators from energy supply link, device link, power distribution link and the customer link. The evaluation index is designed based on taking the distribution system as a core and the multi-energy system coupling of distributed energy sources, natural gas, geothermal heat and public transportation. The analytic network process(ANP)of anti-entropy method is used to determine the index weight and the scoring function to solve the problem of the crossover and mutual influence between the indices caused by the inaccurate of weights calculation. The method can accurately assess the developmental level of domestic regional energy system, and its validity is proved by practical example calculation. Finally, the beneficial suggestions for the development of RIES in China are offered.
