氧化石墨烯对氰酸酯树脂固化动力学的影响

摘    要:以自制GO(氧化石墨烯)作为BCE(双酚A型氰酸酯)的改性剂制备相应的改性树脂。采用非等温DSC(差示扫描量热)法、Kissinger法、Crane法和升温速率-温度(β-T)外推法研究了GO对BCE固化动力学的影响,确定了纯BCE和GO/BCE体系的固化工艺条件和动力学参数。结果表明:纯BCE体系的凝胶温度为180.0℃、固化温度为201.0℃和后处理温度为221.1℃;GO/BCE体系的凝胶温度为158.8℃、固化温度为195.7℃和后处理温度为214.3℃;纯BCE和GO/BCE固化体系的活化能分别为102.38 kJ/mol和81.68 kJ/mol,反应级数分别为0.93和0.91。

Abstract:With self-made GO(graphene oxide) as modifier of BCE(bisphenol A cyanate ester),a corresponding modified resin was prepared.The influences of GO on curing kinetics of BCE were investigated by non-isothermal DSC(differential scanning calorimetry),Kissinger,Crane and heating speed-temperature(β-T) extrapolation.The curing process conditions and kinetic parameters of pure BCE and GO/BCE systems were determined.The results showed that the gelation,curing and post-processing temperatures were 180.0,201.0,221.1 ℃ for pure BCE system and 158.8,195.7,214.3 ℃ for GO/BCE system respectively.The activation energies were 102.38 kJ/mol for pure GO system and 81.68 kJ/mol for GO/BCE system respectively.The reaction orders were 0.93 for pure GO system and 0.91 for GO/BCE system respectively.
