限制性模块化传爆装置可靠性试验

摘    要:采用试验方法对某型战斗部的约束性传爆装置可靠性进行了研究和验证.引信输出装药与传爆装置输入装药的拉距试验表明,临界起爆距离在最大设计间隙的4~5倍之间;传爆装置传爆验证板单元试验和战斗部静爆试验表明,约束性模块化传爆装置能够可靠传爆和起爆主装药.说明传爆装置采用模块化结构设计,提高了其本质可靠性.

Abstract:In this paper,the reliability of confined modular detonation transmission device for a certain type warhead was studied by test.The test result of the working distance between output charge of fuze and input charge of detonation transmission device indicated that,critical detonation distance was from 4 to 5 times longer than maximum design distance.The result of detonation transmission device unit test and warhead static test showed that,main charge could be detonated reliably by confined modular detonation transmission device.The inherent reliability of detonation transmission device is improved,because of adopting modular design.
