| 摘 要： | 从1999年下半年起，我们开始酝酿在深圳证券交易所专门设立创业板，旨在为高新技术提供一条上市条件相对宽松的直接融资渠道。如何认识创业板市场对加快科技成果转化和推进高新技术产业的作用？怎样看待创业板市场的设立给中小企业特别是高新技术企业带来的机遇？投资进如何拟定新的投资策略？本文拟就上述问题予以粗浅的论述。

| Abstract: | Since the second half of the year 1999 our country has got ready to establish a special pioneering plate in Shen Zhen Stock Exchange in order to provide comparalively loose conditions of entering the stock exchange for hi-tech enterprises to melt funds.How to realize the pioneering plates effect on accerating the transformation of the technological and advancing hi-tech industry?How to look at the opportunity provided by the pioneering plate for middle and small enterises,specially those hi-tech enterprises?How do the investors make new investing tactics?The article will state the questions above. |
