| 摘 要： | 主要对PROHBUS现场总线和AS-i总线的特点和长处进行了介绍,以及它们在工业企业网中所处的不同位置和所起的不同作用,将这些先进技术应用于油库工程建立了油库监控系统,使得通信、控制更趋流畅、有效;使得对现场安全情况的监视更加可靠;并且还分析指出了用作主站的西门子PLC的重要性,强调了在网络架构中使用光纤电缆的必要性,提出了基于PROFIBUS技术的油库监控系统设计方法,该系统已经成功应用于油库.

| Abstract: | The features and advantages of PROFIBUS and AS-i technologies are introduced, and their different locations and functions in the whole industrial network are presented. A supervision and control system is established by applying these advanced techniques to the project, which not only makes the communication and control actions more effective, but also render the supervision of local security situation more reliable. The importance of Siemens PLC which is used as the Master station is analyzed, and the necessity of OC in the network configuration is emphasized. A design method of supervision and control system in the oil storage based on PROFIBUS technology is presented. The system has already been applied in an oil storage successfully. |
