| 摘 要： | 根据精密光学编码器的性能要求,设计和制造了一种具有16个像元的专用的自扫描光电二极管阵列(SSPA).通过分析SSPA的工作原理、设计和实验结果,表明此传感器能满足精密光学编码器的要求。
