| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育是以培养高技能人才为主的教育,校企合作办学是发展高职教育的有效途径。以就业为导向,做好市场预测与调查,为现代企业培养高技能应用型的人才。转变观念,提高认识,走校企结合之路。根据企业需要,实行订单式培养,培养企业急需人才。
