膜式水冷壁管屏混合气体自动焊接生产线设计研究

摘    要:介绍了电站锅炉水冷壁管屏生产工艺流程和管屏生产线的总体设计,焊接生产线主要设备的工作原理及结构设计,研究了焊接生产线的某些关键技术。生产实践证明该自动线满足水冷壁管屏生产要求,是稳定高效、小变形、低成本的管屏生产线。

Abstract:The technological process of membrane water wall panels in power station boiler and the system design of the production line were introduced and the working principle and the structure design were discussed.Some key technologies in welding line were studied.The production practice shows that the line is suitable for the produce of membrane water wall panels and it is a stable,high efficient,minute distortion and low cost special production line for membrane water wall panels.
