| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型的便携式半导体激光器自动测试仪，它采用了先进的单片机技术和大屏幕液晶显示技术，可对半导体激光器和发光二极管的Ｐ－Ｉ和Ｖ－Ｉ曲线及相关参数进行自动测试、显示、存储、管理和打印，另外还可作为光功率计使用。

It has functions of au-tomatic measurement,display,storage,management and print to P-I,V-I curves and relatedparamrters of LD and LED. In addition,it can be used for optical power meter. |
